About Us

New Horizon Foundation Inc is a 501(c)(3) organization developed in 2005 under the auspices of Bishop William R. Cue to improve the lives of low income individuals in the areas of education, technology, and mental and physical wellness. We are working in partnership with New and Living Way Apostolic Church to develop five acres of land to provide an affordable and safe neighborhood for first time home buyers, low income individuals and their families. This neighborhood will be an all encompassing community that helps end the vicious cycle of poverty and creates self sufficient citizens with particularized philanthropic interests.

Areas of Focus

​Our primary areas of focus are education, technology, physical/mental health, community development, in the state of South Carolina and counties of Edgefield, Saluda, Greenwood, Abbeville, and McCormick. Initially serving school districts in Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Lee, and Williamsburg facilitating professional learning and celebrating student success.
